Internationally renowned Koehler Paper Group, headquartered in Oberkirch, is one of many German Hidden Champions, among the world's leading manufacturers of specialty papers. Due to the continued strong growth in North America, the company needed support for their local sales management team in New York, USA. As the vacant position had significant interface responsibilities between Germany and the US, it was a requirement that the successful candidate be able to move easily in an international environment. As such, interpool was charged with the search process as global recruitment support. Although the US labor market had just picked up strongly, interpool succeeded to find not only one, but two experienced and internationally savvy new employees within a few weeks.
