Intercultural Interview and Skills Assessment Training
EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) is the centerpiece of a new regulatory system of the European Union, providing for a single European market in the aviation industry. Promoting the highest common standards of safety and environmental protection in civil aviation in Europe and worldwide, it comprises at its headquarters in Cologne more than 500 experts from all over Europe, with its inherent interculturally challenging recruiting and HR Management needs.
As such interpool provided an intercultural interview and assessment training, building on existing recruiting skills and developing both intercultural awareness, aptitude testing and project management skills further.
“The seminar was enormously helpful not only in fine-tuning our international assessment and interviewing skills”, says Annika Haug, Recruitment Section Manager of EASA, “Also with regard to our internal communication across all our different cultural and language backgrounds we learned a lot on why we like or dislike certain candidates for the skills and personality they portrayed in our relative eyes.”
