Interpool recruits International Management Trainees with Assessment Center
Internationally renowned Kärcher group is offering Internship and Trainee Programs in one of its branch offices as part of its global recruitment strategy. Targeting highly qualified, internationally-oriented students and graduates with those programs, interpool was charged to support the hiring processes in the candidate management and pre-selection, and with an International Assessment Center according to group standards.
The Karcher junior programs have proven remarkably successful so far, as they are highly enriching and inspiring both to the young employees and to the participating units of the company.
