Recruiting and Job Interview with a candidate from Russia
Different cultural influences play an important role in international recruiting and interviewing. To train the relevant skills in this regard, we recently conducted an open International interview with a young engineer from Russia in front of a group of HR practitioners. Participant and interviewer later received a concrete feedback and suggestions on their own evaluation patterns and the impressions they left in the job interview context. Not the least this practical training help to understand better which type of biography-, competency-, scenario-, or personality based question brought the best results with this candidate from Russia.
