interpool, Germany’s leading consultancy in the field of international and intercultural aptitude testing, will be delivering a unique Assessment Training for Graduates consisting of a „live“ assessment process and an evaluation afterwards in Munich and Düsseldorf this autumn. HR Managers from renowned German and International companies will come together with candidates from different cultural backgrounds in order to practice their diagnostic skills.

This unique opportunity gives you the chance to experience and practice a western style Assessment Center, an important part of an application process. It offers you a professional feedback on your strengths and areas for development by experienced HR managers. And last but not least it gives a possibility to meet your potential future employer.
An Assessment consisting of different exercises of 4 hours conducted by HR managers of different companies, followed by one hour of joint evaluation. Time frame: 12:00-17:00pm.
International Graduates with degrees in Engineering, Finance or Logistics with a high command of English who are in the process of applying for jobs in Europe or Western countries.
