CTO (m/f/d) Househould Equipment
This exciting position will be part of the Manage-ment Team, leading and growing the R&D, Digital and Engineering units of the company. Targeting an output of +1 mio units within the next 5 years, this versatile role will encompass a wide spectrum of responsibilities:
•Building and sustaining strong operational processes and KPIs between R&D, Quality, Logistics and international contract manufac-turers,
•Running high-level engineering and product development projects from feasibility studies until market launch;
•Supervising product certification processes and regulatory affairs;
•Establishing and consistently improving people management and talent development within the teams;
•Enriching the strategic vision and direction of the company with your technical, commercial and operational insight.
In order to succeed in this highly dynamic and inspiring environment, you should have managed sizeable tech units from bringing great hardware ideas into high volume and high quality consumer products before. In detail, we would expect:
•A deep understanding and expertise in managing engineering, manufacturing and distribution processes in a B2C environment, ideally involving international contract manu-facturers;
•Some prior experience in developing and customizing consumer products up to market launch in industries like consumer electronics, kitchen devices, healthcare, food, power tools or similar;
•Comprehensive leadership experience paired with strong coaching, listening and mentoring skills;
•High level communication and presentation skills in English combined with a good amount of prior international exposure.
