How to Impress the Recruiter - A Practical Webinar-Training for candidates from different African countries preparing for International Job Interviews

When applying for a position at an international company, many African candidates feel that they do not really understand the purpose of the questions. Likewise, many international interviewers often do not understand why a candidate from an African country answers in a particular way. The result is often that it is not the best-suited person who gets the job. Often, it is the applicant who is best prepared for the specific cultural style of the recruiter in the job interview, who has by far the best chances.

In our practical webinar-training, “How to Impress the Recruiter,“ we will give candidates from different African countries valuable insight on how they can come out successful in job interviews with international recruiters, with a special focus put on German interviewers. Based on more than 10,000 international interviews from all over the world, Mr. Tim Riedel, the managing director of the German recruiting company, interpool, will guide participants for two hours through a typical interviewing process using slides, insightful explanations, and video material from a previous job interview with a candidate from Nigeria.

The webinar will be available on Wednesday, Dec 11th, from 3 – 5 pm Central European time. It can be watched as a recorded version any time after. The webinar is free of charge and is limited to 10 people; access is granted in the order of registration.

Tim Riedel works as a coach, consultant, trainer, and is the managing director of interpool, an international HR management consultancy based in Berlin, Germany. He has spent more than 36 months of his life abroad himself (USA, South Africa, Middle East, Australia), and his recruiting and consulting processes brought him to Russia on numerous occasions.
