IT-Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin, Germany

Your Tasks

  • Direct Search: You attract IT-experts by approaching them online, e.g. on LinkedIn, honeypot,, MoBerries, etc.
  • Screening and Interviewing: In cooperation with our tech experts (tech leads and CPO), you check for matching qualifications and necessary skills.
  • Agency management: You manage external recruiting partners and help them achieve best results in supporting us.
  • Managing the candidate’s experience: You ensure that candidates are led through the application process professionally and timely.

Your Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, in a mature software start-up or software company. Consulting and corporate experience are a plus.
  • An affinity for software development or ideally experiences in IT-Recruiting.
  • The desire to take on responsibility for the further development of processes.
  • Excellent English skills. German is a plus.
  • Openness, team spirit and a quick and efficient working pace.
