CLARIFICATION OF TERMS
Every recruitment process begins with an initial consultation to clarify responsibilities with all participants. We want to understand the professional requirements and to develop the optimally suited sourcing strategy together with you.
JOB ADVERTISEMENT MANAGEMENT
We formulate an attractive, target group-oriented job advertisement that complies with the General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG) and is written in your brand language. We then publish this on relevant job portals—both online and offline.
CANDIDATE SELECTION
We view the incoming applications on your cloud-based applicant management system (AMS) such as SAP, Success Factors, or recruitee, in compliance with the GDPR. You receive a qualified shortlist from us. AI-driven recruitment tools make the selection process even more efficient.
CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT
We answer candidates’ queries (including by phone, WhatsApp or email) and coordinate interviews.
INTERVIEWS
In an initial interview we get to know the candidate over the course of a telephone or video call. This call can be conducted together with the hiring manager on request. Using agile personnel selection interview techniques, we identify candidates’ potential. We document the interviews so that you can follow up seamlessly.
